Atrium Health SouthPark Emergency Department

I had to go in on Sunday. I am here out of town for work. I got extremely sick and went in to the ER. The doctor I had as well as the nurse and the nurse that worked in radiology was awesome. I wish it was that good of treatment where I live. I was highly, highly impressed. I would thank the staff there for everything they did.

As all ERs they do have a bit of a wait bit are very tentative with their patients, when I need urgent care this is where I prefer. Great staff amazing doctors.

I had to visit the Atrium Health ER ( Fairview Road)on 1/3/21. I have to thank Dr. A. Olyai and nurse Jodi from the bottom of my heart. These 2 dedicated medical professionals and their support staff were outstanding. They took excellent care of me and did so in a timely and compassionate manner!! If you have to go to any ER facility in the Charlotte area I highly recommend this facility. Thanks so much for your dedication and commitment to quality patient care. I took my aunt, Ruth Russell, for care today. She has a complicated lung history but was ill over the weekend with other problems. It was my 1st visit, & I was so very impressed with the care she received. We were taken back quickly. The nurses- Stephanie, Jodi were compassionate, professional, & knowledgeable. Even the physician & CT tech were caring & communicated the expectations well. My aunt was transferred to the hospital, & I just cannot give enough accolades for the process & for the care she received. Thank you!

Clean ! The nurses there are so sweet haven’t had a bad encounter yet . Quick and courteous. The providers are great as well , I have sickle cell anemia so I’m there every so often I have my favorite providers but honestly they are all amazing and welcoming . I don’t think there is another ER like this one in Charlotte ! I highly recommend this one haven’t been to any other since .
