I arrived the night before my appointment and was given permission to park on the property overnight. It's a large facility with plenty of room for drivers to park against the curb in front of the docks. The truck stop with showers is 2 miles away. At my appointment time I checked in and was immediately given a dock door. They have you chock the tires, unhook the red airline, and turn in your keys while being unloaded. They took about 45 minutes to unload the trailer and when they were finished they brought put my signed bills and the keys inside of a plastic bag. Overall a good customer and I would definitely go there again.
