I had a great overall experience from the initial contact with Linda to when I picked up my car. Linda was on point with communication throughout and I was also taken care of there at the physical location. It was a very easy process to go through and I was was very pleased how quickly my car was ready. Also, they even washed and detailed my car. I will recommend Caliber Collision to anyone I know that needs a vehicle repaired.

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision. Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional and helpful. My vehicle looked a mess due to an accident, but now it looks brand new (excellent quality of work)! My repair was scheduled to be completed on a Tuesday, but I was ready the Friday before (4 days early). I received multiple text messages and phone calls to keep me informed about the repairs. My vehicle was repaired, detailed (with excellence), and waiting for me to pick it up at my convenience. I will return as needed and I highly recommend their location for your service/repair needs.

The whole experience was great! Brady and Bob kept me informed through out the whole process and ahead of schedule. The car was spotless when I got it back too!

I use Caliber every time anything happens here in Charlotte,NC. More than I would like given why but you cant change the drivers here, but you also cant beat the quality and warranty given through Caliber. With them and USAA insurance it brings peace to know we are covered completely if and when something happens. I appreciate the company and love how they are everywhere we will be.

After being involved in a hit and run, my brand new car needed to be repaired and I’m so glad I chose Caliber Collision; the Independence Blvd location. From my initial visit to the day I picked up my car, Brandy and Gene were both amazing. They were friendly, professional and I was kept updated on the entire process of repairing my car. As promised, my car was ready for pickup when I was told that it would be and it looked good as new; it was as clean and pretty as the day I first bought it.
