  Been to Hendrick Honda on South boulevard for a decade but their service agents have been terrible all year so tried Scott Clark. Chris Cooley did a bang up job, BANG UP JOB! I'll gladly drive to the other side of town for this place. But darn if those mechanics back there don't mess with your seat and steering column position, radio, AC, air vents, and ALL the mirrors.

  I just bought my second car from Scott Clark Honda. Our salesman ADRIAN, went above and beyond on both occasions, he answered all our questions and made us feel welcomed every time.

  We have purchased 3 vehicles from Scott Clark Honda and have had a great experience working with Lindsay in Sales. Recently, I took one of our vehicles in for service and had the pleasure of working with Robby. He turned what could have been a potential negative interaction, into an exceptional customer experience. I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service!

  My husband and I chose Scott Clark Honda because we were referred to that dealership from a close friend. Our salesman was Corey and even prior to our arrival he took the time to help narrow down our needs for a new vehicle. Our family is expanding and we needed more room and plenty of storage. We spent the entire day with him test driving and never once did he make us feel pressured or nervous. He made sure we were comfortable and that whatever car we drove we made our own opinions on. My least favorite thing to do is car shop because I hate feeling the pressure or that I am just a dollar sign. It put myself and my husband at ease knowing Corey saw us for who we are and what our needs were. He also never made us feel like we were an inconvenience or holding him up. He communicated with us openly and honestly through the entire process. We were so grateful to be able to come off the lot with the perfect car for our soon to be family of four. Whenever we need our next vehicle I know who we will be contacting. I cannot thank Corey enough for all of his help. I highly suggest Scott Clark as well as Corey for your car buying needs!

  I purchased a car from them last year. The lifetime warranty they give on their new cars is amazing. The purchasing part of their customer service was great for the most part:
  
  The car salesmen that came with me on the test drive didn’t really know much about the car nor it’s special features. I luckily made the best decision in purchasing my car based on my needs, (I drive around 2 and half hours AT LEAST, every day). Had I chosen a Honda that was sportier requiring more gas, it could have potentially led to a struggle to keep up with the gas bills. But he was able to negotiate a low price for me.
  
  I only get my car serviced with them. Their customer service is good, could use some work. I’ve come in with an appointment before and had to wait around 20-30 mins before someone got to me. I detail my car and ask for them not to run it through the car wash but they seem to forget or not listen and it gets washed anyway. Their prices for oil change with the tire rotation is really high. When I bought the car they tried to sell me on a maintenance plan but I declined it. What they should offer is a service plan that brings the costs down for their faithful customers.
  
  Their amenities are great. They have free coffee and they have a cafe. Seats are comfy in their waiting lobby, free WiFi.
