Over the past 8 months or so she’s really helped my body recover from tough workouts, helped me through my physical therapy journey, and also helped educate me so that I felt empowered for long term care. On top of that, she is great at balancing the structural work with relaxing work and made every session cater to my body’s specific needs. Run, don’t walk, to book your appointment with her! Her work has been crucial in helping me physically heal this year and I’m grateful for it!

I leave with marked improvement in posture and pain. I had a psoas injury that was completely resolved with just one treatment. Pressure is perfect. Highly recommend.

With each appointment she really takes the time to listen to your concerns and problem areas so that you receive the best treatment for your body. I've gone to Betsy for both help with injuries and just a relaxing body reset— in any instance her and her staff are going to make sure that you are well taken care of!
