The folks at Hatch were great. Very communicative and professional. No hidden fees or gotchas. Everything was communicated up front in a clear and easy to understand way and they responded to all our questions in a timely manner. The installers did a great job and were timely and professional as well.

The Hatch Homes team did a great job on our siding installation project in January 2021. They did a thorough job from providing a detailed quote and providing daily updates to executing the project. The initial consultation and quote estimate was not only impressive, but it was seamless with just using the app to capture the photos of our house without them having to step foot on our property especially during Covid. We were thrilled with the work Hatch Homes provided replacing our old wood siding to a James Hardie siding and couldn't recommend then enough. Thank you for doing such a great job!

We had Hatch Homes to replace our existing masonite siding with beaded vinyl. They were very helpful with the estimate process and providing samples of the various of the new siding for us to choose the right color for us. They followed up with painting our trim and soffits and even cleared a specific area first so that we could have a new electrical outlet installed. The final product is absolutely gorgeous and we are very happy. Arnaldo and this team were very professional and addresses any concerns right away, talking with us about each step of the process as it happened.

Had a great experience working with Hatch Homes to replace the siding on our home. We had large amount of rotten composite siding that had attracted the attention of a local woodpecker. The little guy decided to let us know where every bad spot was by pecking out a very noticeable hole. After contacting Hatch Homes we quickly got a virtual meeting setup with Bill who explain their whole process to us in very clear terms.

The whole process was fairly quick since we could use a phone app to send in photos of our house which were used to create a 3D model. This allowed them to get accurate measurements and allowed us to play around with style/color options. Once we decided on a style of siding, Bill was able to give us an itemized break down of all the costs. After we signed a contract Hatch Homes went the extra step and their project manager, Arnaldo, arranged to have someone come over and patch our holes temporarily until the work was scheduled to start. Arnaldo and his crew were great and they explained each day what section they would be working on. Unlike our previous experiences with contractors they were out there every day in row until the work was done and responded quickly to fix any issues we noticed.

We had an satisfying experience with Hatch Homes from the initial phone calls with Bill to the project's completion. The installation crew was highly skilled and competent and the crew supervisor was readily available and clear in his goals and answers to our questions. We had to change dates several times and they were very flexible. They arrived when they said they would and completed a complex job within the indicated time frame.
