  Still the BEST sharpening in clt. Steve is so friendly and always has my shears in tip top shape when I pick them up. I’ve been using his services for 3 years now and can’t imagine anyone else touching my shears!!

  Fantastic service! Got 3 shears sharpened and one thinning shear. He was really nice and even demonstrated how my shears cut after he sharpened them. They are better than when I first got them. Definitely coming back!

  I have a lot of knives at home that needed repair. Got a great deal and very fast turnaround time.
  All my knives now are super sharp and it's a pleasure once again to be cooking using them.

  I made a last minute appointment to take my kitchen knives by today. The results are much better than any other shop I’ve taken my knives to in Charlotte! If you are a Sur La Table or Williams Sonoma customer like I am, consider supporting this local business as an alternative! 10/10!!! Thank you, Steve!

  Great service, super sharp knives, and pretty fast! Took a little over a half hour for 3 santoku knives (not sharpened in the Japanese style), two of which had not been sharpened for many years. Just be aware that the workshop is within the gentleman's house - I missed it the first time down the street because I wasn't sure what I was looking for.
