  Nikki Hullender is great!
  She’s been very helpful in getting quotes for the most cost effective auto policy as mine is up for renewal. She is always friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I have been a Parks Ins client for countless years - best guess more than 20. They always have the nicest and most knowledgeable staff! Emily :)

  I contacted them to get a quote on car insurance. Gina took my information and when she called me back with a quote she found for me I was thrilled to hear she found a plan that was much cheaper. I then asked her to check on homeowners insurance and again she called back with a policy that gave me more coverage and it was significantly lower monthly payments. She was so informative and had my best interest at hand. By the end of the day Gina had my car insurance and homeowners insurance switched over. the entire process was so quick and easy. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for new car insurance and homeowners insurance. Thank you Gina for making this transition so quick and easy.

  I am so thankful I came across Gina at this agency. She has been very helpful with explaining the benefits of insurance for my home and auto. She was able to help me get a much lower rate compared to my old company. I highly recommended anyone to go to her for their insurance needs.

  I have been a customer of this branch for many years and would like to say that I am extremely happy with them. It's nice to have the peace of mind that my coverage needs are taken care of without a doubt. I would like to especially thank my agent, Misty Laney. Misty has always been there when I needed her help with my policy no matter what the question or issue was. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has excellent customer service skills. There's also been times that I called at the last minute and she stayed on the phone with me until the issue was resolved. I'm thankful for an agent and agency that is always there. I look forward to many more years with this branch and these fine folks!!
