As a female, it’s intimidating to go to a car repair shop to do anything in fear I may be overcharged or told the wrong information - not here! They fully walked me through it all with detailed explanations and made sure I was able to understand what I was paying for. I’ve been to other Firestone locations before, but have never encountered such great technicians before. 10/10!
