(July 3, 2023, 1:54 pm)I had the pleasure of visiting the US National Whitewater Center in Charlotte, NC last weekend, and I can honestly say that it was one of the most fun and exhilarating experiences of my life. The center offers a wide variety of outdoor adventures, including whitewater rafting, kayaking, ziplining, rock climbing, and mountain biking. I opted to go whitewater rafting, and I was not disappointed. The course was challenging but not too difficult, and the guides were incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. We had a blast navigating the rapids and getting soaked in the process.
In addition to the outdoor adventures, the center also has a number of other amenities, including a ropes course, a climbing wall, a skate park, and a lake for swimming. There is also a variety of restaurants and shops on-site, so you can easily spend a whole day at the center without having to leave.
Overall, I had an absolutely amazing time at the US National Whitewater Center. It is the perfect place to go for an adrenaline-pumping adventure or a relaxing day in the sun. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great outdoor experience. Remember to take sunscreen, ice cooler, plenty of water and Gatorade, spare dry clothes and shoes, and use the locker facility for easy access to your personal items. -

(June 30, 2023, 10:59 pm)Had a great time. Everything here for an outdoor enthusiast. Plenty of biking and hiking trails. You can bring your own bike or use the free bikes that they have on site. They also provide the headgear.
You will love the whitewater rafting available. Individual boats are also available. Prepare to get wet!
The highlight of the day was the zip lining. Nice view of the park. If you do the Figure 8 zipline, be prepared to go across several rope bridges. They are not for the faint of heart. The weight limit is 70-265 lbs. Some small level of fitness and coordination is required.

(June 21, 2023, 1:43 pm)Whitewater Center is amazing. It’s a great place to spend a day out doing a bunch of activities ranging from rafting, kayaking, biking and quite a few other adventure activities. We visited on a Saturday and it was quite busy.
There are hiking spaces as well, and it’s great to walk here, albeit on a less warmer day. On warm days, it can be a bit uncomfortable to walk here. We will be back here for the adventure activities. It’s a highly recommended place in Charlotte, and I see why.
Parking is 6 dollars, and there’s ample parking available. Restrooms are scattered throughout the whitewater center. -

(May 19, 2023, 9:11 pm)Great experience. Price is very good. I did all activities. 100 feet free jumping (the scariest activity of my entire life) Zipline, rafting etc .. what an amazing day. Do it you will never regret it. The good is really good. It's great it's a place where you can bring your dog 🐕 even at the restaurant. 5stars to the place

There's an outfitter for you to buy gear and a restaurant too. The food was great! I had an excellent, flavorful, burger, with thick pieces of bacon in it.
