The appearance of her units are superb and you can tell she puts a lot of work into each and every one! She provides the best product for her customers!   I had a wonderful time staying here. Miss Walker was so easy to get in touch with and was very efficient. I honestly would never use any other company for my long term stays. Overall, no complaints, a fantastic experience.

  I never write reviews, but in this case I feel like it's necessary. I have stayed in 2 different properties through Kay. Both were outstanding. Very clean and beautiful Apartments. I spent over 2 months in Charlotte and thanks to Kay it was an amazing experience. The amenities are next level. The little things you don't think about, they do! I highly recommend using Kay for any and all your needs when traveling to Charlotte. She offered me several properties until I found the one that fit. I have found the golden goose in Charlotte!

  My moving company does a lot of work for Ms. Walker, the service she provides is outstanding. Furniture. Move in Supplies. And the Perfect locations. We move her clients in, during the whole move Ms. Walker is smiling, social and very kind hearted. Makes you feel comfortable. Makes our day that much easier as movers. I love everything about this company, the employees and the services provided.
