Visiting NC for work/vacation. Extremely happy to have found this facility. Emailed about a guest pass and Jess got back to me within a few min. Facility is extremely clean and has everything you need. This is excellent place to train and I would definitely be a member if I lived locally.

I second all the other 5 star reviews! Amazing equipment, clean and safe! It's a great place for experienced lifters and newcomers. I feel safe and welcome in this environment as someone who has only been lifting for a year. Jess has created such a great space to workout in and is constantly improving. I can honestly say I now look forward to going to the gym now.

As a strength coach, I know the value of a great training environment. I knew with at a glance that TFC Barbell was a cut above the rest. And after my first workout (thoroughly test driving all the bars, weights, and machines), I can give Jess and the gym my *highest* recommendation. The space is spotless and packed with every tool and toy you'll ever need to become the strongest version of yourself. Do yourself and your muscles a favor and get there ASAP to experience the club for first hand. Enjoy!

TFC is a wonderful gym for strength athletes and everyday fitness seekers. The facility is spotless and very well equipped. You very rarely have to face crowds or wait for equipment which was a huge upside for me, especially during stay-at-home life. You can tell that the people who are members take care with the gym like it is their own. Jess (the owner) is a lovely human who is kind and encouraging, providing a wonderful environment for anyone to grow.

TFC Barbell club literally is exactly what it says it is. It is one of the best gyms I've been to in Charlotte. I admire the passion and dedication that Jessica and her team puts into making sure the gym is a safe, sanitized, and providing an overall private vibe that some folks are looking for. If you want to get some great training sessions in, with some of the best equipment, then I suggest you become a club member. The process is super seamless with reserving training times and accessing it as well. Even if you are not a full time member, and you are passing though like me, they offer you reasonable rates to still get some good training in. Hands down, this will be my go to training spot when I visit home.
