  A hidden spot in the Plaza Midwood. Letty's restaurant looks so vintage I like that. I had a couple appetizers (frites bites and hummachos) tasty.
  Vegetarian-friendly place, they have a pretty good selection at the menu and full bar.
  service was fast and nice.
  they have art wall for sale which is good. support your local business and artists.

  I would definitely recommend this place! I had been hearing about Letty's for about a year now and finally made it and it did not disappoint. I took my parents in for lunch, we were welcomed in and seated right away.
  
  My parents split the Shrimp Creole, which was superb. I had been hearing about the honey pecan fried chicken so of course I had to try that. The portion was huge and it came with a choice of two sides, I chose fried okra and broccoli casserole. You could tell it was homemade. It was excellent!! I can't wait to go back and next time I'm saving room for dessert!

  My “go to” restaurant for good food, good service, good times. Letty is the ultimate Southern host and her staff personable and attentive. Best ever Fried Okra, Black eyed pea salad, and summer corn salad. Signature Honey Pecan Chicken, Smokey Bayou Pasta w chicken or shrimp, can’t be beat. Well designed Wine choices, just ask for a recommendation. A casual dining neighborhood staple, no one I’ve taken there hasn’t asked to go back next time!!!

  Nice locally owned and operated place. White table cloths dress it up, but Letty's does not feel stuffy or too formal. It's slightly offbeat, in the best possible way. The menu has some vegetarian optiions, and features some good Southern favorites (I had the shrimp creole). Homemade desserts here are worth checking out, the white chocolate peach bread pudding was excellent!

  Had a wonderful time and meal at Letty’s. The desserts have gotten better every time I have tried them. We always have to have anything with pimento cheese and the humachos! Wonderful! Letty is always welcoming and attentive. I wish more Charlotte restaurants were so great.
