Hollywood Feed

Took my 1 year old Doberman to Hollywood Feed yesterday for the first time. Looking for a “tough, hard-to-chew-bed”. The service was fantastic as well as the selection. I got advice on pinch collars, treats, beds, and just a great experience for me and my dog. My dog was able to socialize with other dogs. Hollywood Feed also carries the food my dog eats, Fromm! Thank you to the two women who helped me yesterday and again today! This is now my go-to pet supply store!!!

Wow! i ordered delivery from this location and i didn't expect the handwritten note and free samples. and it was fast!! like really fast! a young woman in a red sweater dropped off my food wearing a mask and greeted me while i was doing yard work. after dropping off my food at the door she excitedly greeted my two maltese as well and gave me some shampoo recommendations when i asked. totally blown away by the service and advice!

This was my first time in this store, and it couldn't have gone better. The young man named Rider I believe was working alone at the time with six customers in the store and still managed to give me and all the other customers probably the best customer service I have experienced. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient while still taking time to talk to us and figure out what product is best. Bonus points for giving my pup attention :) I also love Hollywood Feed's policy that you can return a bag of food for a refund if the dog doesn't like it, and they will donate it to a rescue. I will 100% be back!
