Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse

It is a new stores with all the new shiny stuff. They don't carry most of what I need so I will be shopping else where.
The new shine disappeared fast. One of the sinks in the women's restroom doesn't work.

It's very clean and the parking lot is lit up at night, I like that. It makes me feel safe at night when I'm walking to my car at night. And there are always police officers at the top entrance as, so that is always good and comforting to know. And it is a good spot to meet up when I do my market place sells. 😁

I just want to take a moment to appreciate two people that helped me at this location today ~

I got all mixed up with my payment methods today and made a mess of my transaction buying groceries for two different households. It was complicated and confusing. Shy, the supervisor, literally approached me with utmost kindness and professionalism and proceeded to completely fix my mistake in record time. I was so impressed and grateful for her help, initiative, and total professionalism. She is a true asset ~ thank you so much!

Additionally, the very kind gentleman that bagged my groceries on check out number 7 (I did not catch his name ~ handsome, tall, white hair and mustache) was also extremely professional and took care to separate my orders and was so helpful. It really stood out to me his attention to detail and his calm demeanor. He made a difference in my day ~ thank you!

Autumn was incredible and went above and beyond to help our family of 7 today . She was so kind to my kids and helped me find the things I needed. She helped me out to my car and she made us feel like she wasn’t in a rush or that we were an inconvenience to her. She made our shopping experience a great one even though there were hiccups along the way with our party order .

We ordered the wedding cake, groom's cake and cupcakes for my daughter's wedding. Ms Ramona and the entire staff at Publix bakery did such an amazing job. The cakes were delicious, beautiful and boxed perfectly. They were so helpful with the pickup. I was very nervous about getting the cake from the store to the venue but it was boxed so well that I had no issues. And, Ms Ramona's advice was detailed but easy. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you to Publix at Ola Crossing for making a special day complete.

Wish I had the 2 people who helped me names. They both had amazing customer service! The guy I spoke to was great and went above and beyond to hunt down a pair of shoes for me. Thank you for having awesome customer service!

My shoe broke. I have one shoe. Special friend tell me go get new shoe. I go shoe store so bright! So bright! I find shoe for me. It a have big sticker tell me the size. I put shoe on it no fit me! Man with talk like teeth to big for mouth tell me size different this country. He take time to tell me my feet is 8. I get shoe for 8. Fit so nice! Special friend tell me now I run for mayor!
