  I went to this vet because the prices are very affordable. The phone staff are nice and courteous. Due to Covid, they do not let you inside the room with the doctor and that is fine with me. The issue I had with them is the lack of responsiveness. Dr. Gilmartin saw my cat once and she was nice and explained his condition. I felt rushed and she seemed a bit irritated at all of my questions. I realize she was busy, but this is my fur baby. I left with questions un answered so I decided to call back and try that way. I waited about 4 days. She was unavailable so I left a message for her to call me. She never did. I tried again about a week later and even made another appt. She did call me back 2 days later. I decided to try a different Vet and I asked for my cat's records. Nothing. I had to call again. I got the records 10 min before my appt. at the new doctor. I don't think she is a bad doctor and I don't think that the place is horrible. I know that people get overwhelmed and busy, however, due to this I decided to go elsewhere. I guess I still would recommend them for their prices, but that's about it.

  I recently moved to the Charlotte area and was in need of a new Vet. I called around to check shot prices, because I will admit I was tremendously spoiled by my previous Vet with care and pricing, when I came across this location. I called and made an appointment (which I also had to reschedule due to work) so finally Saturday I was able to make it, and I can't do anything but gush about Ms. Betsy and Dr. Gilmartin. Although I don't like the set up they have because of the pandemic I understand it's necessity, but it made me feel a bit uncomfortable because I had to hand my pooch over to someone we don't know.... BUT despite that, communication was excellent! The patience they had for me and my worries and all of my questions was outstanding. Ms. Betsy took extra time to inform me about the plus package (which she did not have to sell me on at all it's great!)

  The vet and staff were super friendly! They seemed very knowledgeable and only gave my puppy the treatment that was needed
