Lovely place. So pleasant to shop. Everyone is polite and wants to help if you need it. You find items not seen elsewhere. It is one of my favorites boutique.

We quaint this store every time we are in Charlotte. If you haven't been, you're missing a delightful experience in shopping. The icing on the cake is,,,, incredible, kind and very helpful employees.

I want to give a “shout out” to the excellent service and shopping experience I had recently at Brass Exchange at the Arboretum in Charlotte, NC. I purchased a sizable piece of furniture and had interaction with several of the store employees, but Deb, the store manager supervised my whole purchase from answering all questions, locating my requested piece of furniture at their “sister” store in Boone, NC, having it shipped down and referring me for a fast and trouble free delivery. All this transpired around Christmas time, the busiest time of years for home decorative shops like Brass Exchange. Thank you for quality merchandise at awesome prices with excellent service. As a pleased customer, I’ll be back for sure!

I’ve purchased several things from the store over the years...furniture, gifts, lamps, pictures. Always had great service from their staff even offering to check their Blowing Rock store when they didn’t have what I was looking for on my last trip in.

When looking for piece of wood furniture I always stop her in my search! Recommend checking them out.

The furniture is high quality and beautiful to this designers eye. The people are knowledgeable and are a joy to work with. My wife and I find the staff friendly and the shopping experience to be exceptional.
