I worked with Brooke for about 3 years trying to find the perfect place for me. It took me awhile to find what I wanted, but I was fortunate to have such a great realtor who helped me make decisions and didn’t push me to buy a place I ultimately didn’t want. She was a great source of knowledge when it came to neighborhoods, understanding true value of the house, quality of builder / materials, and more. In addition, after I bought my place, and I ran into basic first time homeowner issues (like why the furnace or dishwasher wasn’t working) she helped me work through them.
