  It was a painless process to drop off and pick up my pants for dry cleaning. My wool pants came out perfectly. Owner is very responsive to e-mail inquiries.

  I am new to the area and am SO grateful to have found Lapels Dry Cleaning! I visited the Lapels at Berewick Town Center. Rebecca is the store manager and is so kind and professional. I also met Jessica who is very sweet as well. I am so appreciative that Lapels offers non-toxic dry cleaning options. My clothes were returned so clean and pressed and with no toxic dry cleaning smell. They actually had no odor which I love and they looked so clean and pressed neatly. The store itself is immaculate. Outstanding service experience! Thank you!!

  Got my wedding dress cleaned after over year since the wedding. They got the stains out and gave me a great deal. The staff was also super nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend this cleaner.

  I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned.
  I was a first time customer and I found the staff and the communication to be very responsive and awesome customer service, very welcoming.
  
  So back to the dress, it had a 14 year old stain (didn’t let them know) didn’t have much hope of it coming out since I’ve had it cleaned before and nothing.
  
  Just wanted to do a regular upkeep cleaning. Got my dress back and no stain. I was estastic, my dress was looking so new and so pretty.
  
  Thank you Lapels so very much, you definitely have a regular customer now.
