  I looked at 3 or 4 storage companies and I’m so glad I came across Safe Nest. Krystal is so cordial and wonderful to work with. The pricing was excellent and the place is very clean. I’ve been to my unit several times and the climate controlled area is truly that. Highly recommend.

  Great first experience renting 2 storage units with them! The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and made the process an easy one.

  Awesome service. I feel very fortunate I was able to get the last covered parking place that was already reserved. Krystal went out of her way to call the individual to see if they were still interested.
  Also the complex is very neat and clean!

  We just moved to Charlotte from Florida and needed to quickly find storage for our boat. I used Google to find a place and was impressed at how new and clean it looked online. We visited the site during our house hunting trip and was even more impressed when we saw the facility in person. Yes, it’s new and clean, has covered storage, water and power, a jillion security cameras, but above all it has Krystal! She was absolutely amazing! She took especially good care of us and definitely showered us with her southern hospitality! FIVE STARS +++! We highly recommend!!! Thank you KRYSTAL!!

  I went looking for a place with covered parking for my travel trailer today, and everywhere I could find space just seemed unsafe. A friend told me about SafeNest Storage in the Steele Creek area, so I went to check it out. This place blew me away - everything is new, security cameras everywhere, looks like it will be well lit, and above all seemed really safe. The canopy parking is the nicest I’ve seen with both power and water nearby if I need to do some quick maintenance...SafeNest by far exceeded my expectations! Crystal was the person I worked with, and she was super knowledgeable and actually walked the property with me to show me different odds and ins. I can honestly say, it’s the first time I’ve been “wowed” by a rental storage facility. Five stars is well deserved!
