Alex and Paul were very helpful in finding a brand new bed set! They were very kind, and helped me choose a beautiful piece. I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new piece of furniture.

Great experience. Never felt pressured. They was pretty knowledgeable on what they sell. We get our mattress and platform tomorrow so I have no review on it yet however the process they have in testing mattresses for your wants and needs was pretty good. I would recommend.

TJ was wonderful in helping us buy a new mattress. He was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and listened to what we would like in a mattress. He was not "pushy" and helped us make the best decision for us. We can't wait to sleep in our new bed!

They took the time to chat with me even after their website said it was "after regular business hours". I messaged about an hour before they closed, and was able to find out the info I needed. I was able make it there before closing and walk out with a mattress and boxspring with no issues. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes!

Joe at Florence was amazing.

He walked us through each mattress, and figured out exactly what we like/want out of our bed. We decided to sleep on the decision but because of the experience he gave us, we made up our minds before the night was over. We called back in before close just to make sure we could work with Joe the next day on our purchase.
