I have been with Tierra Bella for over 8 years and have had nothing but a positive experience with them and their team. I own/have owned several homes in NC over the years. The Tierra Bella Team has always been professional, helpful, proactive and acted in my best interests. I would highly recommend Tierra Bella.

I have to say that Tierra Bella Realty was a great find! I was a remote property owner and needed to find a solid property manager and Tierra Bella fit the bill. They were proactive and always looking out for my interests as well as my tenants. I have since sold my property and I asked them to manage the sale which no surprise was handled with professionalism. I would not hesitate to use them again and would very highly recommend them.

I own a house in Charlotte and I have rented it through Tierra Bella Realty over 8 years; even I can't remember exact year. I have tried two different management agencies prior to that but it didn't workout well. Since I switched the agency to Tierra Bella, I am not worried about that property any more. They have been doing very good job. They are very careful about selecting tenant. They don't only see owners' interest, they do make sure tenants are happy as well. My house is governed by HOA and Tierra Bella has been addressing their requirements as well. I like to thank all the members of Tierra Bella family for having me peace of mind as an out of state home owner.

Over the past few years I've had the opportunity to work with Tierra Bella Realty as my property manager and just recently as my Reality team. My experience with this company was GREAT!
During the time Tierra Bella served as my Property Manager, I was consistently kept up to date on concerns of my tenant and maintenance of the house through email, text messages, and phone calls. I was never kept in the dark and always had enough information to make the best decision.

A month ago I decided to sell my house. Within a few days I received a detailed report on my options. After a short discussion and updates to the house, my house was listed for sale and within a week the house was under contract and sold soon thereafter.
