  We went today try to upgrade 2 phones and add a line. We had the luck of working with Ms. Sparkle. She was knowledgeable, honest, and had us in and out in 45 minutes. In my 20 plus years with Verizon I have never had such an easy, stress free experience. Thanks Sparkle. You were a gem!

  A pleasant experience. Was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Didn't have to wait long to speak with a representative. Stephanie was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Whatever she wasn't absolutely sure about, she took the time to look up. Thank you for all of the information, and making this experience pleasurable.

  Came here to get a replacement phone for one that was stolen from me. The rep was very knowledgeable about the phones and accessories! She was able to help me pick out what was right for me and assisted me in loading all of my data from my google account onto my new phone. I got the galaxy note 9 and this phone is fantastic! I won't feel the need to upgrade for a while this time! The screen is awesome, I got the black one. I love that it has a screen write and live messaging! I am still figuring out what all it is capable of and having fun doing so. The store was clean and service was quick, efficient and polite and friendly! I would recommend this Verizon Wireless location!

  I use this Verizon even though it’s not the closest to my house. The customer service is good since we only go to the same rep. They also have the machine to take payments if you don’t want to pay online or have cash.
