    Had to switch over to TMobile from AT&T and Kevin was very fast and efficient. He handled the situation within about 7 minutes; so I was in and out. He was very friendly and was able to clear up some confusion with my mother! One of the best in-store phone solutions ever!

    Roberto was very helpful and informative. He went above and beyond to get my problems resolved. Very professional and knowledgeable staff! If your a T-Mobile customer I would recommended and you have to visit a store, I’d recommend this location! Thanks again.

    Roberto demonstrated extraordinary customer service to me. He was very patient,kind and eager to make sure that I was completely satisfied before leaving store. I am sooh happy now!!

    Roberto, Lana and Kevin are the best!! Long story short... I walked out with the phone I wanted. Had some issues in the in the store and they worked it out. The next day I cracked my screen saver, went back and William just snatched it off and put on another one. I'll definitely be going back when I have an issue or ready to upgrade.
