  Came in to get some eyeglass accessories and to set up an appointment and had a great experience. I was helped by Tina. she was very friendly, well informed and personable. Someone else use to have my phone number so the system kept pulling up that individuals name and we had to reenter my info several times. She was patient and apologized for an error that was not her fault. It's been awhile since I've met an employee that seemed happy to be at their job so, it was refreshing to come in contact with someone like this!

  Had a wonderful experience. Great staff
  absolutely love the young lady that help me with my glasses she was so kind very professional. Beautiful inside and out.
  Could not beat the price for two pair. The Beautiful I think Spanish lady with nice shoes the best. She very friendly glad she was the one that help me

  I absolutely love love love America's Best. I have been using them for over 15 years now. I use to drive to SC to their office in the mall. Now I only have to drive to North Lake and that makes me even happier.
  
  Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Well informed or they find out the answer to my questions. I love all my glasses and still have the fist 2 pairs I ever purchased. Because they are so affordable when I get new glasses I make it a point to donate at least one if not both older pairs for those in need.
  
  This is a really busy location so I suggest making an appointment before going I also suggest taking advantage of the awesome Eye Care Club!! Its an amazing deal and if you wear glasses you will save save save by enrolling.

  I would like to thank Missy the district manager at the Northlake store. This store and its associates are so compassionate to the elderly and I would love to recommend them to anyone they went above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable
