  This place is legit! I put a landscaping spike through our home water supply. Called Piedmont to see if they had parts needed for repair. They helped me figure out how to proceed with the repair. Went to pick up the parts, and they only cost about $2. I only had a credit card, so told them I would buy a tool or something to meet the $5 minimum. Instead, they just let me have the parts. I will absolutely be back when I have plumbing issues in the future. By the way, the shop entrance is behind and below Dirty South Rims. on Wilkinson Blvd. The folks at Piedmont are knowledgable and kind. Would recommend to anyone.

  The woman who helped me find an adaptor for my water filter had been working there for decades! She knew all the ins and outs. Saying you will have what you need before you leave. She created an adaptor for me for the water filter to work with my faucet.
  
  This place is difficult to find, and she took her time to guide me to it. I think I had to make two u-turns!
  
  If you ever need plumbing parts, thus is the place to go!

  Five Stars, they had the cartridge for our single handle shower faucet in stock when no one else in the Charlotte area had the part in stock including the plumbing supply house that sold the valve body but not the replacement cartridge. In addition, Piedmont Tool's price for the part was better than prices that I found on Amazon. Competitive prices and same day service are a great combination. Give this company a try, you will be happy that you did.

  I'm so happy. I looked at Lowe's, home Depot and even Ferguson in Gastonia. I had trouble finding this shower stem even online! Ferguson recommended this place and the woman working here was very friendly and knowledgeable, she looked at my part and within 5 seconds had it in my hand, I couldn't believe it! When I spoke with her she said this place has been here over 70 years and she and the other employee have decades of experience between them. The store is hidden and doesn't currently have a sign on the road, it's BEHIND the rim shops off the main road (see video). Even though I live in Gastonia I will gladly return to this location for my future plumbing needs. It's open from 8-5 m-f and sat 9-1 closed on Sunday. It looks like they close a little earlier in the winter time. You do not need to be a plumber to come here, I'm just a regular Joe.

  I bought 5 sets of faucets before finding this great stoee, trying to find older handles no one had, so happy to find, staff took me directly to what I needed, in and out in 3 minutes. It's behind the wheel shop, entrance is in rear facing away from the street, a little tricky to find.
