(March 28, 2019, 5:41 pm)I talked with Randy today about getting HVAC service done on my commercial vehicle (Bus). He was busy and could not commit to getting the vehicle right in and out of his shop, which we needed since we were only going to be in town for a day or two. This is understandable for a last minute call, but just didn't work with my schedule. BUT...Since he was not able to service my vehicle right away, he took the time to contact multiple area shops to see who could help me out. He called me back and got us in touch with another mechanic/technician shop that could help us in the timeline we needed. This is great customer service! Thank you.
