Then I found VIP Training... They not only are extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and training but they are also professional, affordable, flexible, and MOBILE!!! yes... MOBILE!!! They offer a specialized meal plan tailored to just me. They also provided me with workouts so I can do them at home. I didn't need a gym. I'm feeling the effects of their guidance and I have to say I'm really happy that I made the decision to work with Victoria and Isiah.
