  Old style, friendly hometown hardware store. If you need help figuring out how to fix that problem, or the product necessary, the staff here will willingly assist you & if they don't have the solution, will suggest where or who can provide the solution.
  
  There's a negative review posted 4 years ago. Some people just like to complain. Based on my experiences over 30+ years of shopping here, I think the person that wrote the review would be unhappy if someone gave him a million bucks, no strings attached.
