(June 17, 2019, 1:17 pm)My husband and I were having issues with a printer we had bought at Office Depot/ Office Max - we spent a great deal of time speaking with Josh ( manager at Rivergate) regarding our issues - we called ATT, VERIZON, HP, and APPLE and they were beyond clueless, Josh is the only one who never ignored my calls, called back when he said he would and really tried to help resolve our issue - he went as far as to change out the printer as it was less than 6 months old. I will be eternally grateful to him for his continued support and help. He is a real asset to your team !

When I needed Prints enlarged and put on Canvas for my Dad’s Memorial Service, she went Above and Beyond!!!! Her attention to detail is incredible!! Do yourself a favor.. If you treasure your Precious Prints like I do.. Go see Jill!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
