Let me preface that I'm a mom, who left work late, and was just trying to feed my family some dinner after a rough day. I'm also under the weather and sound very hoarse. Well, I placed my order and was impressed by the pleasant voice coming from the other side of that box. My first few jobs were in the customer service industry so I can spot good customer service from a mile away. Unfortunately, a few details were missed when I placed my order that I didn't notice. When I approached the 2nd window and realized things were missing, the 2nd wonderful gentleman handled everything well. Good customer service is hard to come by in the fast food industry nowadays. To the two gentlemen I interacted with this afternoon, thank you. I appreciate you.
