“Dr Pak and her hygienist were so professional. I had several fillings done. She talked me through everything she was doing and eased my anxiety. She completed the procedure in an efficient manner, but not rushing through it. She took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. Also, the way she interacts with her staff is so respectful. She doesn't talk "down" to them like other doctors I have had in the past. All around a great practice. She made drilling my teeth not so bad of an experience...that says a lot! Highly recommend.”

“Everyone in the office is very friendly. Our experience from child birth until our sons recent surgery at 20 months was amazing! Dr Molitierno was so patient during our office visits and explained in terms easy to understand. He knew and understood how precious our son was to us and that anesthesia/surgery at this age (or ever) is so stressful. After surgery, he even gave his cell phone number in case any questions arose we couldn’t get answered on the weekend. “Just had the best pharmacy experience here I’ve ever had. Typically it’s not terrible but it’s definitely not great. Rarely get a greeting or smile. Which is fine, the world right now sucks I struggle to be positive and give my customers a good experience and I’m not a pharmacist. Today I pulled into the drive through. There was no one in front of me. I press the button. Expect to wait 5 or so mins before someone says “what’s the name”. I was pleasantly surprised someone came over actually greeted me, got my name and told me they were checking an inside person out and then would grab my order. Being acknowledged, knowing they see you and an update seems simple but in my years of coming here it’s. Not. She was polite, actually friendly and fantastic. In no way would I say anyone else I’ve encountered is rude or horrible. But her friendliness was a very nice surprise. I asked her name. Forgive me if I’m spelling it wrong. Amara. I was looking for a place where I was going to feel comfortable and still have a trainer who pushed me to do more then I was willing to do in my own. Not only did I get that I also developed a family dynamic with the long time members of the gym. With the constant support.encouragement, and fundamentals from the members and James himself throughout that week I knew I had to start a membership because you don’t get that feeling anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and hands-on. From community service, competitions, back to school drives, and gym outings this is by far the best place to come in Charlotte.
