They need to make their gas prices competitive not just against the three other neighboring stations but for the whole street/area/district just to keep the soaring sales as record highs. That piece of land they have is very spacious I encourage them to rent our pieces of their parking lot with food vendors, or have night parking for truckers or traveling guests to Charlotte. Basically making it convenient for a rest stop for civilian commuters, it would make headlines that it's a safe place area.”
