“I am giving this dominos 5 stars because of the professional customer service. My driver apparently had a bit of trouble & was unable to deliver my pizza. When I called, Eric one of the team leads (should be promoted to manager) answered with a very happy greeting. I explained to him that I never received my pizza and although my money was reimbursed I was very upset that the driver did not answer my calls & left a voicemail I could barely understand (I suppose he was in an area with bad cellular service)... Eric did not get irritated, but instead apologized for my frustration and let me know that they had already applied a credit to my account, but to ease my frustration even more he added on an additional credit for another free pizza. I definitely was not expecting this, and it was a pleasant surprise that someone was going above & beyond to make their customer happy and make the situation right.
