I’ve had the best experience here so far. So many different class options and the instructors are so welcoming. The owner is always present making sure everyone feels welcomed, educated, and comfortable. My favorite yoga studio I’ve ever been too! Caters to experienced and beginners. There’s a class for everyone!

I just love this studio. The instructors are incredible, each one with their own way of teaching! They have a variety of classes with different formats but no matter what class I take I always get what I need. Makes it easy to enjoy time on my mat! Studio is clean and honestly I love their water system!!

I had the immense pleasure of practicing at YogaSix on a Friday morning. From the moment I entered until I left, it was nothing short of a mini vacation while on vacation. Greeted by the welcoming, kind and delightful presence of Jasmine. She is nothing short of joy. The space is immaculate- studio, retail area, changing & restrooms.

I wanted a class that wasn’t too hot, too athletic and grounded. Nick’s Slow Flow was all that and more. It was the perfect heat even as the previous class was a heated class. The class was a deep, mental and physical challenge should that be what you wanted but his kind demeanor, deep love and knowledge of yoga shined through. He is a teacher’s teacher and genuinely cares for his students. Every level was welcomed and encouraged to go at their own pace.

Ali has created a true community at YogaSix and it is evident in every aspect of the experience. A true yoga gem in the ever expanding yoga community in the Charlotte Metro area. Well worth the drive from Charlotte proper & I would but I live in Connecticut! I will definitely be back but until then, thank you Ali, Nick, Jasmine & the entire community of YogaSix for an amazing and joy filled
experience!

I recently moved to town and am so happy to have found YogaSix. Everyone at the studio is incredibly welcoming and the classes are excellent. A wide variety of styles to choose from and the instructors are great. Exceptionally clean studio and I love the finishing touch with the cold towel. Highly recommend checking them out!

The staff and ownership at Y6 are all so welcoming, the instructors are top-notch and the ambiance is clean, modern and fresh. I literally get a smile on my face during my daily drive over to Y6 to practice and sweat out my day.

Diversity of class types has a fit for everyone that enjoys a vinyasa (breath + movement) style of yoga: sculpt has weights incorporated, slow, 101, power to restorative. Most classes are warm/hot but not all. Flows for all levels yogis.

The variety of times on their weekly schedule is the first reason I walked through their door. Early bird classes during the week, classes throughout the morning and lunch, several evening options and even open for several classes Saturday and Sunday.

Added bonus, if you travel they also have an unlimited package for use at all nation wide studios.

Highly recommend you check Yoga6 out whether you’re curious / new to yoga or a seasoned yogi you will find a flow for you.
