Phoenix Exterior Solutions has replaced a number of hail damaged roofs in our neighborhood, and we were impressed with the care they took and the end results of their work. We asked one of our neighbors down the street if they were pleased with the work, and they said they were very happy with the work, the shingles and the gutters that were installed. The insurance company determined we also had hail damage, and we decided to have Phoenix replace our roof and gutters based on our neighbor’s experience and what we saw on the other homes they worked on in the neighborhood.

At the time we got on the schedule, there were a couple of other roofing companies working in the neighborhood, so we got to compare the work in real time. Phoenix came at the same time as the other guys coming to work on the house next door. Tyler, Winston and the Phoenix crew put up 4x8 sheets of plywood over our garage door and 1st floor windows, laid out tarps in the yard, and then put up netting over the front and back doors and over our plants before they started working on the roof. The other guys put out some tarps, climbed on the roof and started removing the old roof.

Phoenix put up a great looking Certainteed shingle that looks better to us than the shingle used on our neighbor’s roof. In addition, they painted the roof vents to match the roof (which improves the aesthetic), and installed a new dryer vent. Once they were done, they were very careful to clean up our yard and ensure there weren’t any nails left on the ground. I found a grand total of one nail. We had no damage to our home or plants. Our neighbor complained about a lot of nails and damaged plants.

We also had the gutters replaced, and the new gutters look and work great.

We selected Phoenix to replace our roof after some hail damage. They were prompt, conducted an additional inspection and also discussed the insurance adjustors report with us. Other reviews were positive and they lived up to our expectations. The team was on time, diligent and kept us informed several times during the process. They ensured that the exterior , yard, gardens and bushes were protected from the removal of the old shingles. They removed trash and ran magnets to attract any discarded nails several times during the day. The foreman was there all day and company leaders stopped by 2-3 times. We are extremely satisfied with the result and recommend Phoenix very highly.
