“This is absolutely the best salon I have ever found! A little hidden *gem* across from Birkdale Village that rivals all my old favorites from downtown Charlotte. It has all the charms of an NYC loft studio, with high-end hospitality. Before COVID they always offered beverages (soda, keurig coffee, water, etc), which I always loved. Very reasonable prices (anyone who dyes their hair knows how expensive it is). I take my children here for their haircuts as well, and my son hates getting his hair cut, always used to cry. She showed us a tour of the property and found two indoor units right across the hall from each other. She was very nice and personable! We had a panic mode and needed more storage and she quickly found us another unit nearby and gave us extended access hours to the facility to help us during our move. Office is stocked with last min packing supplies you don't think you need, but end up needing. Very reasonable pricing and the individual coded entry is a nice touch.”
