Park Dental

The eyexam went great! The Lens Crafters employee trying to sell me eye glasses did not go well. I have been going to this location for about five years. This is the first time I felt like the sales employee was working for commission. I brought in my own pair of sunglasses to switch out the lens to prescription lens, I was not able to. I did not buy any eye glasses.

I’m well pleased with this place and the staff. This place is very clean with sophisticated eye testing equipment.The young lady who tested my eyes first was very kind and did her job well. Dr Lan was very kind and informative. Ronaldo was very helpful and patient in finding the exact 2 pairs of glasses I wanted and explained really well every detail about the lenses. I will definitely refer this place to my friends and family.

Great customer experience. Elsa was amazing, extremely knowledgeable & very easy to talk to. She was patient with all my questions & her explanation & breakdown of all my charges made things a lot easier. Thank you Elsa. Dr. Lam was also a pleasure to work with. My exam with Dr. Lam was amazing; there's a reason why I keep coming back. He's very thorough and makes sure I leave with all of my questions answered. My checkout experience with Giselle and Angelica was great as well. They helped me pick out my glasses and I appreciated how they broke down the cost so I knew exactly what I was paying for.

Dr. Park is an Outstanding dentist and his staff is as well.

Dr. Parks is trustworthy and kind and has a staff to match which is very hard to find. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great Dentist.

We just had a wonderful experience with Dr. Park and his staff! For me, the cleaning was quick and painless. Everyone was so nice and I was in and out! And for my husband, this appointment was a huge relief. He has extensive dental work that needs to be done and we finally have a plan that seems very straight forward. . We have tried to tackle his issues with different doctors for years but always end up overwhelmed by the work, prices, not knowing what is covered/what isn't, getting referred to other places for some of the work, etc. etc. We always gave up. Dr. Park just outlined everything he needs, in order of priority WITH price break down. Not only that, but he gave us two different options. We left with completely thorough dental plans (that we can actually understand) in our hands! He spent a great deal of time talking through it with us himself and then his wonderful staff went over the print outs again before we left. I am SO relieved and grateful to Park Dental. We are really looking forward to getting this work tackled and I feel confident that we have finally found our family dentist! Thank you, Dr. Park!

William Lynn off Sharon amity for 20 years was my dentist and now he has retired I wanted a dentist closer to home in mint hill.
I was in search of an in network provider for Ameritas, found this place closest to my house and made an appointment, was promptly able to be seen next day.
I had a filling come out a week ago and Doc said he could replace the filling. Had a good cleaning and exam w/ x-rays and I was very satisfied with service and people.
I was able to make an appointment for my filling in a weeks lead time. Afterward I will follow up.
Insurance was found and I didn’t even have to show my insurance card that I couldn’t find. I received a quote for my scheduled filling without asking.So far very satisfied.
