The Maintenance guy Rick, he is awesome. He is on top of things responding to any emergency you may have. Thank you Rick.
The management team were so professional and friendly. Thank you Ashley and Kelsey, you two are awesome and thank you for all your help. Yes, it is very nice place to live. -

(September 25, 2020, 11:57 am)I toured Belvedere at Berewick last year when I visited family in the area. We hope to retire here in the near future. Since touring, I have followed Belvedere through social media to stay in touch with everything happening at this beautiful community. I am so impressed with the very frequent events, contests, games and amenities. I see something for everyone-which I think is wonderful and looks like so much fun. Every time I see a new post, I wish I was there to participate!

(September 24, 2020, 4:15 pm)The Belvedere at Berewick is a very nice 55+ community. It is new construction with new appliances and open floor plans. I've enjoyed the common rooms for games, puzzles, potlucks, and meet and greets with my neighbors. The apartments are in a great location. There is a town center just down the road with a grocery store, restaurants, nail salon, dentist offices and more. The outlet mall is within walking distance too.
