Love it a great shopping place

Cole Haan is hands down my go to for dress shoes and casual footwear. I recall buying a pair of shoes that started to peel from the sole after a few uses, I took them to the store and the ordered me a brand new pair for free. You can't beat that level of customer service.

I had such an amazing experience with the manager Melanie and associate Aleks over the phone at this store. They corrected a huge error that another Cole Haan store made and was unwilling to rectify .I tried to fix the situation by calling the 800 number with no luck , and took a chance and tried one last resort, and let me tell you I am so happy I did. These ladies went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer and made sure I was happy ! Thank you so much! Y’all absolutely made my day!! My shoes arrived today and I absolutely love them ❤️ If you are ever in this area , know that you will get the very best customer service from these ladies ! There are not many people that will take time out of there day to fix someone’s else’s mistake but they did , and over the phone at that! So from the bottom of my heart thank you both so very very much !

I came in after my first pair of Cole Haan’s being defective and I was overwhelmed with how willing and joyful the management were to take of this and send me a new shoe within 3-5 days at no cost to me. Created a great experience and will always buy Cole Haan’s. Alex and Lou were the managers and they were exceptional!!!
