  After attempting to install an aftermarket exhaust myself and finding that we lacked the power tools to get bolts loose, I called this location and asked if they could do a last minute installation. Fortunately, they agreed and had my system installed within a couple hours. Pretty good for a rush job with no appointment! My only complaint is that they left an exhaust clamp oriented the wrong way and it’s noticeable when walking up to the car, but that’s minor and can be remedied easily. I would service my vehicle here again.

  I have been here a few times over the past couple years I've lived in Matthews, and every time it's a great experience. They get oil changes done in less than an hour at a reasonable cost, and they're always kind, friendly, and straightforward. In the past I've had so many uncomfortable experiences with auto repair shops where they try to upcharge me or patronize me because I'm a woman. I've never felt uncomfortable here.

  I love this place! Keith at the front was wonderful and very friendly. I brought my car in on a Monday for exhaust issues and had it back the following day driving like a dream! Thank you!!

  The staff explained all possible scenarios for my repairs. When everything was finished the repair staff was able to save me a significant amount of money. I was offered fair pricing and I'm satisfied with the work that was done.

  Highly recommend this place!! The manager is great and takes the time to explain everything extremely thoroughly. This is the first automotive place I have ever been too where I felt like I wasn't getting scammed out of more money or sold something I didn't need.
