So glad to be back at Zig Zag Salon! Great color and cut, as always. I've been a client of Tim for nearly 30 years.

Kim W is fantastic! I have short hair and it is always challenging to find a stylist who knows how to cut short hair - Kim never misses the mark! She has an eye for detail and takes her time when cutting my hair. I am often asked by complete strangers where I get my hair cut. Kim is an awesome stylist and an incredibly kind person!

Ashley does a great job with scissor cutting men's hair (great for men who don't want to have their hair 'buzzed' with clippers). I asked her to do a 60's style and she pulled it off nicely from the photos I showed her. Going back this week for a trim up!

Kim W is a genius with hair color. My color is rich and natural looking and I get compliments from friends, family and complete strangers. She calls it double pigment but I call it beautiful! I look forward to my appointments and how my hair looks and feels when she’s done. She’s a great all around stylist with an eye for enhancing natural attributes. Love her and love my hair.

I was in desperate need of a good hairstylist so I googled salons in Matthews and came across Zig Zag Salon. After seeing all the great reviews on Catherine I decided to check her out for myself. She did an amazing job! I have thick coarse curly hair and it's hard for me to get someone who can cut my hair right. The first time I went to her she asked me several questions about my hair. She really strives to give you exactly what you want. I'm a person that never wears her hair down because it is so difficult to handle but after she gave me my haircut she made it lay in a way that looked amazing and not out of control. I wore it down pretty much everyday without even having to style it! I just put some leave-in conditioner in it and it was good to go! You can tell she is very experienced in what she does. On top of that she is very sweet and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Catherine!
