To all men who want to improve your flexibility, join Club Pilates Matthews, it’s for everyone not just women. Before starting Pilates I was exercising in the typical ways, being challenged and getting what I thought were good results. I realized my workout approach did not address my loss of flexibility. Pilates is a holistic approach to elongate, strengthen and restore your body to a balanced state. It works.

CP Instructors ~Joy, MK and Bridget~ have made me a believer for Pilates as a safe and wonderful core muscle workout for overall health. Each has their level of expertise to enhance smooth flow of all body movements. They make certain our bodies are in line, breathing is accurate and very supportive. Clean equipment and prices are fair. I've attended 5 times this week; first time to Pilates (have double knee replacements) and I must say I am thoroughly excited to attend next week and weeks to follow. Muscles I forgot I had :-) are awaken and I feel so much better. My sleep quality, breathing, mental-focus on daily tasks has improved. I truly cannot believe what a difference this experience has been and I look forward to more and the fellowship among classmates @6am :-) I'm a early-bird! Classes are offered all during day/evening. Everyone is nice, pleasant. The atmosphere is calming. Thank you instructors and the front desk staff. I highly recommend Club Pilates in Matthews.

I took the plunge and joined #CPMatthews after Thanksgiving. What an absolute delight! The instructors are so supportive and encouraging, the classes are intimate, and the workouts are making a world of difference in my strength and flexibility. I highly encourage anyone, no matter what shape you are currently in, to come try a free Intro class and see whether this is a fit for you!
Now I'm almost 2 years into this practice and can see so many changes in my body and strength. I'm completely addicted both to the practice and to the community of Club Pilates in Matthews. So glad I stopped in on a whim.

Love Club Pilates Matthews, NC - such a good way to stretch and get a great workout in after all the sitting for new way of working due to our shared pandemic! Great to have the options of group and personal training! Would like to buy a reformer so I can also use in my own home - suggestions please!!

They have worked hard to make the facility a clean and safe environment. Great instructors and great results from the classes.
