I did with Elinor her Seminar "Unstuck", it's uplifting to the soul, Elinor know with her grace and wisdom lead you for your own answers and solutions.

Before doing yoga classes with Elinor Iv'e always had a bad experience with yoga and never really enjoyed it. She does it in a different, more interactive way that makes me really love it. She makes sure to incorporate life coaching skills by saying different stories or inspirational messages everyday and elaborating on them. Definitely recommend trying it out you won't regret it!

I haven't done Yoga in a while so I was very happy to participate in Elinor's lesson. She explains and demonstrates the positions very well and guides through her practice in a very clear way. Her personal touch as a life coach takes the whole body and spirit experience to another level.

I've always been into exercise but had yet to try yoga Discovering Yoga with Elinor has made an immense difference in my mind. The classes are challenging, dynamic and so much fun. Taking private lessons with Elinor to start, I gained the understanding of what I was doing and could participate comfortably in the classes. The classes are small enough to be intimate and it always feels like the instructors are paying attention to each and every one of us.

The studio is lovely, clean and inviting. It's a wonderful I highly recommended Elinor ??
