I was fortunate to have met Dr. O'Neal in the hospital after an injury I sustained. I really enjoyed his upbeat personality, sense of humor, and level of concern with the seriousness of the injury. This Dr. and the Ortho Carolina staff are AWESOME!! He and his PA Rob are very thorough, professional, and have great dispositions. They made me laugh and feel comfortable despite the seriousness of the knee injury I sustained due to a fall down some stairs at my home on 6/8/20. Up until that day, I had never broken, or injured any limbs on my body, and was scared to death when they told me I needed surgery to repair my knee (quadricep) injury. They assured me that everything would be just fine and that they would take good care of me. Less than two weeks later Dr. O'Neal did my surgery, and I saw him today (6/26) for my one week post op exam, and also started physical therapy. They really did take care of me and I am forever grateful to Dr. O'Neal and his staff and highly recommend him/them. They are the best of the best, and they treat all of their patients with extreme professionalism, kindness and care. These days it's hard to find the good ones...Dr. Scott O'Neal is definitely a GOOD ONE!!
