I have been working with this company since 2018 and my company much longer. I am always pleased with the professionalism and the help. Melissa and Kaitlyn have helped me tremendously and the techs--Leonard, Terry, Mike, Brennan, Will and Joe have all assisted me with issues in my communities and always do a wonderful job. I love the detailed communication and correspondence. It really makes my job easier as I don't know much about plumbing but the reports are great. It helps to decipher who is responsible for those repairs. They're very responsive and I appreciate that so much. We have used E.R. Services for a few years now and have had great service each time they come out to help. Professional service, friendly and kind phone staff that's helps us get on their list for someone to come out. We usually get someone out to our house the same day we call. They always show me their work and explain what they did before they leave and also give me a firm quote before they start any repair work so I can make a decision on what I want them to do. So easy and they do great work! I would recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

Joe and Luke did a great job!

Very thorough and explained everything along the way from the start of the job when they came to give me a quote; through to the end of the job. As well as, they even cleaned up the extra dirt in the street and the driveway.

It's obvious the level of experience and knowledge that Joe has. I didn't feel concerned about the level and quality of work. It was top notch!

Excellent high-quality service. Nick and his coworker were professional, very clean and extremely interested in getting the job done professionally and to our satisfaction. Garrett resolved a leaking toilet issue under warranty without any question. Explained what he had done very clearly and urged that I call again if I have any problems. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Have previously used ER Plumbing. Every technician and every service has been 5 star. Congratulations to a well run service company.

Garrett returned 8/17/20 and made 3 separate repairs. Very pleased when I realized it was Garrett again. He is the best!!!
