  My hot water heater broke after a great run of 18 years. It is direct vent so more expensive than the average hot water heater. I initially received an estimate that sounded extremely high. I called Charlotte Plumbing Masters and they were able to do the work for $1,000 less without cutting corners. Diyan, my installer, was professional and did a thorough job of installing my new hot water heater and making sure I had any questions answered. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future should I need additional plumbing work.

  If you want a lesson in superior service, Charlotte Plumbing Masters is the best! They were so accommodating and helpful when I called them frantically to help me with a broken valve. Tim not only put me at ease, but got someone out to save me really fast. Kyle was neat and quick to take care of the situation that left me with no water to my house. As a real estate agency, we use a lot of different contractors and by far,Tim and team have nailed it to deliver an amazing experience. Thank you so much for helping me!

  Some times we all need a new water heater. Finding a good company is a roll of the dice. Well I called Charlotte Plumbing Masters and set up an appointment and was told they would show up mid afternoon I was thrilled when they showed up late morning instead. Their reps are professional and very courteous. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing Masters and will call them again for other needs.

  Plumbing issues can be a very traumatic experience and Charlotte Plumbing Masters and Kyle the plumber that responded to my leak issue made it a better experience. They responded quickly and took the time to investigate all key aspects of the plumbing infrastructure to ensure that not only the leak issue was resolved but all potential issues were identified so they could be resolved before causing an issue. Their work included coordinating the home warranty approvals through necessary inspections to insure that all aspects were successfully complete in a timely manner. We are now confident in the house plumbing and ready to move in our original schedule!

  Really good experience to work with plumb masters: initial assessment of the issue at my place was very detailed which led to a fair price. Quality of the work was good and execution was organized and kept the order. After job was done, closing was really good too. They left the area clean and organized.
