“As someone who is constantly driving for work, I can say I know my car inside and out. I have my car cleaned constantly to protect form salt either at the coast or up north and there is always something or some place that the detailers either missed or neglected. Precision is like no other company and I can honestly say that I can trust for all of my car/ watercraft care. Their attention to detail during my regular wash is what first set them apart for me. Nothing was left untouched, and I would have noticed. Later I had my jeep ceramic coated and have not been happier! Its like my car is freshly waxed every day. I had a few concerns about how to care for my car after and being that I travel I am unable to have them clean my car as much as I would like, but they never left me hanging. They went the extra mile to ensure that I got the right gear to keep the ceramic coat perfect and that I would be able to care for jeep regardless if I have them do it or not. And another thing! After going to a dealership for regular maintenance they scratched and tried to repair my back door. Andrew noticed almost right away, did a paint correction on it, BETTER THAN THE DEALERSHIP and then helped me contact and confront the dealership about what they did. These are great people that truly care about their clients and are the true definition of professionals.”

“This shop provides one of the best customer service experiences I have enjoyed. I depend on my Sprinter for business. Had a small problem, easily fixable but required the specialized equipment of a Mercedes repair shop. Took a shot and went in, hopeful that I could get something done quickly but assuming that I would run into the usual car repair wait situation and of course they're gonna hit me with a fat charge. After all they own the equipment, right? Well this was a totally different experience. I explained the issue and Tony got right on it. What was the charge. A smoothie. Yep. He asked me to go buy him a smoothie because he couldn't get away for lunch! He explained that he sympathized with business owners who need to keep the vehicles moving and that motivated his quick response in my situation. Well he just made a loyal customer. I would not hesitate to bring him my Sprinter work moving forward. Highly recommended!”
