I pulled in here at 4 pm on a Monday and they had me in the bay by 4:15 and the technician was explaining to me what was wrong by 4:30. This level of service is unheard of anymore, but every time I come here, this is typically what happens. Well done TK Central Carolinas! Keep it up because you are a rarity!”

“These guys have definitely earned my business. Jonathan and Mike provided impeccable customer service, even though it was 5 minutes after closing time! They didn't make me feel like an inconvenience for rushing in at the last minute to grab a set of desperately needed batteries. Instead they worked as a team and got me in and out in under 8 minutes. Can't thank them enough. Unlike the service I've received from the guys up the block, I won't say any names, but rhymes with "skeet hide." At 15 minutes till, they are locking the doors an ignoring phone calls, smh.”

“I first read the reviews before I made a visit and I was not disappointed! Alex was very quick and thorough with inspecting the leaks my car had. First, he quoted me for parts and labor 2 times less what I was quoted at another shop. Then he helped me understand that my car's motor was on its last legs, and advised strongly against me spending any more money on the car - even if it would have been an easy job for him, telling me the quoted job was not the best option and gave me some way cheaper, more practical options. To top it all off, he also didn't charge me for some minor work due to my difficult situation, which was a very nice gesture. Greatly appreciate his honesty and for helping me out, and for not taking advantage of my circumstances. Will definitely be back when I find my next car!”
