“Went above and beyond to help a stranded motorist (me)! Traveling through Charlotte, hit object on freeway, flattened right side tires on my A6. Found these guys, called, they recommended a great flatbed towing service. Tires are fairly special, Continental 265/35/20, they searched and found them local, drove an hour to pick them up, then balanced and installed same day. Awesome service as they didn’t know me and I had never purchased from them. Defiiitely recommend! FYI, my tires were under warranty, mfr recommended Discount Tire, they told me I’d have to wait 5-7 business days for tires to arrive even after I told them I didn’t live here. I’m done with national brands, go local wherever possible!!”
